SFVManager version 1.2 - License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (the "END USER") and Triceptual Systems Ltd (the "AUTHOR") in respect of the SFVManager Software programs and accompanying files (the "SOFTWARE"). By installing and using the SOFTWARE you indicate your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them.

This is a legal agreement between you (the "END USER") and Triceptual Systems Ltd (the "AUTHOR") in respect of the SFVManager Software programs and accompanying files (the "SOFTWARE"). By installing and using the SOFTWARE you indicate your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them.

COPYRIGHT

Title to and copyright in the SOFTWARE are owned by the AUTHOR, with the sole exception of those files developed and distributed by The DelphiZip Project.

GRANT OF LICENSE

The AUTHOR permits the END USER "USE OF THE SOFTWARE", subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

"USE OF THE SOFTWARE" means loading the program or programs into temporary memory or keeping an installed copy of the SOFTWARE on a permanent storage device.

LIMITATION OF USE

The SOFTWARE may only be used as intended by the AUTHOR and in accordance with the help documentation provided.

The AUTHOR expressly forbids any modifying, de-compiling, disassembling or any other form of reverse engineering of the SOFTWARE.

RESPONSIBILTY FOR USE

The END USER is entirely responsible for the use of, and for the results created with the SOFTWARE, and for any matters of copyright and/or intellectual property rights in files processed with the SOFTWARE.

DISTRIBUTION

The AUTHOR permits the SOFTWARE to be freely distributed, but ONLY in its uninstalled state. No part of the installed SOFTWARE may be copied from one computer to another or to any storage device or media, other than strictly for backup purposes.

Any distribution of the SOFTWARE must be free - with the exception of the AUTHOR no party is permitted to sell or in any way charge for distribution or delivery of the SOFTWARE.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The SOFTWARE is licensed "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:-

Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranties of operation or compatibility in any particular hardware or software environments.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, the AUTHOR shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE.

TERMINATION

The license and the right of the END USER to use the SOFTWARE shall terminate automatically and immediately in the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. In the event of termination the SOFTWARE must be completely removed from any computer and/or storage device or media on which it is installed.

U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS

Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government of any part of the SOFTWARE shall be subject to the restricted rights under DFARS 52.227-7013 applicable to commercial computer software. All rights not specifically granted herein are reserved by the AUTHOR.

APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England, U.K. You agree to jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in London, England, U.K. for all claims, disputes and litigation arising under or related to this AGREEMENT.

Great software

This is the best sfv file extractor. Very easy to use, and best of all, it's free.

Perfect, Simple

This program does exactly what it's supposed to do, no more and no less. In the days of overly invasive apps (Norton, Mcafee...) it is refreshing to see an application just do its job and not try to park anything in resident memory, startup, or involve itself in any number of other jobs completely unrelated to its own. Simple, small and very effective, SFVManager is a permanent addition or me.
